BrewMind One has three levels of initiation. Simple mode -- tap the espresso/latte/cappuccino icon on the display and let the machine work. Manual mode -- take control: temperature (88-96 degrees C in 1 degree increments), pressure, extraction time, dose:yield ratio. Barista mode -- for the obsessed: manual pressure curve (pre-infusion 4s/3bar + ramping), custom profile saving, TDS logging. A professional barista in your kitchen.

Expert parameters
Espresso extraction: 25-30 seconds, dose 18g to yield 36g (1:2 ratio). Pre-infusion: 4 seconds at 3 bar before full pressure. Recommended temperature: light roast 94-96 degrees C, dark roast 88-90 degrees C. Grinder calibration: every 3 months or every 5 kg of beans. TDS and extraction: ideal range 18-22%.
